Keep up the great work! Socialmail is exactly the plugin I've been looking for!

What really would be awesome: a native facebook-api connection, like e.g. the palm pre merges all contact data with the ones from facebook including the picture etc.

Thank you very much for this cool app!

Hi Andew,

Thanks for the feedback.

I've already had some thoughts around both those issues and am slowly working towards resolving them. The code to pull numbers from the address book is done, just have a few more things to finish off before I release a new version.

Just to add my two cents as I am loving this extension.

First: The phone numbers aren't working very well by scanning the email with most being false positives and for different contacts. Is there a way for it to scan the addressbook instead for contact info?

Second: pulling social media data is very spotty. Is there to control or trigger the rapleaf search or manually edit the results? Of course also with the cache option, I don't want the data to be deleted every 30 days or so, just overwritten when it changes.

I love the idea of being able to have extensions for extensions. Your plug-in has made Thunderbird completely new for me. Any changes or improvements at this point is simply gravy.

I appreciate it...

Thanks,
L. Henry Jr.
